Here are a couple of scenarios for you to consider:
You’ve got employees spread across the state and you need to train them all on a very important new rule, regulation or new initiative. Gas prices are at an all-time high. Your employees are working on tight deadlines to finish the mountains of work piled up on their desks. Leaving the office to travel to one central location for a meeting means losing productive human hours.
What do you do?
Or
You’re part of a large group involving thousands of people
from multiple agencies across North Carolina, in other
states and around the globe that needs to discuss a matter
of great importance. Coordinating such a meeting is
daunting, expensive and time-consuming. Even if you could pull it off, a task this large might require many of your constituents to travel out-of-state to attend such a meeting.
What do you do?
The answer for both of those scenarios is: Call APT!
Through the State Services Network (SSN), APT connects people across town, throughout the U.S. and around the world using full-motion video and audio teleconferencing. It can be achieved from remote locations or APT’s studio and delivered via Ku-Band and C-Band satellite technology, phone, VYVX, the NC Information Highway and through web streaming. Live webcasting allows training to be delivered right to employees’ desks, homes or mobile devices without special software installation. Trainees can call, fax or email questions and comments to the presenter, live as the webcast streams.
APT’s clients save time, enhance productivity and improve efficiency when they put our technology to work for them. Let us help you.
