The 27-member Board of Telecommunications Commissioners sets APT policy and strategic direction. Board members are appointed by the Governor, Speaker of
the House and President Pro Tem of the Senate. In addition, there are 12 ex officio members.
The APT Board holds quarterly meetings that are open to the public.
