OPEN/net en Español - Seguridad En Las Carreteras

Last year across the United States, nearly five thousand motorists died as a result of collisions with larger trucks and commercial vehicles. This year, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol instituted the TACT program which stands for Ticketing Aggressive Cars and Trucks. This program utilizes communication, enforcement, and evaluation activities to educate drivers on how to safely share the road and limit accidents with commercial vehicles. Tune in to OPEN/net to speak with our expert panel and discuss the TACT program and the issue of highway safety.
