Las autoridades federales reportan que en promedio 16 trabajadores fallecen por lesiones relacionadas con el trabajo, y 134 fallecen por enfermedades relacionadas con el trabajo. La realidad es que el 100 % de estas desgracias pudieron haber sido evitadas. Pero, muchas personas desconocen los peligros ocupacionales y cómo trabajar de una manera segura.

Federal authorities report that on average, 16 workers die a day from work-related injuries, and 134 die from work-related illnesses. The fact remains that 100% of these fatalities were preventable. But many people lack the knowledge about occupational hazards and how to stay safe at work. With the proper knowledge and caution, you can miss less time at work and help protect yourself and your coworkers from accidents, illness and injury.
