When the General Election occurs on November 4, 2008, almost 6 million voters in North Carolina will have the opportunity to share in their government when they go to the polls to choose city, state and federal officials. Every candidate participating in statewide elections has been offered a half hour on OPEN/net to connect with the citizens of North Carolina.
