On this edition of OPEN/net, we’re going to focus on the Electoral College. Since its origination at the Constitutional Convention of 1787, the Electoral College has undergone intense scrutiny and evaluation. Hundreds of proposals have been examined to address the system’s weaknesses, but very few changes have been made to this complicated system. Tune in as we discuss the electoral college on OPEN/net.
